TIME: Friday - The kitchen / demo session begins at 7:30 promptly.
VEGETARIANS: Demo kitchen ingredients are all sourced from our market. Kindly be aware we are not able to accommodate substitutions or changes to the demo menu. Vegetarians, we respect your diet and can only omit meat from the dish, we are not able to recreate three separate courses. For a more bespoke vegetarian option please join us at Restaurant Eve where multiple ingredients and preparations are available – we can certainly host a vegetarian private demo!
MENU: The menu is only available during the current month. Please be sure that your tastebuds are open to be surprised if you are booking in advance. We don’t recommend reserving the demo if you believe your guests are not adaptable, please visit our other restaurants. A suggested 22% gratuity will be added to the check. CUSTOM MENUS: The demo can be tailored for 12 to suit any menu requests if privately reserved and planned in advance. Pick your theme.
GIFTS: After dinner, all demo diners receive 10% off market purchases, 10% off a case of wine and a $10 gift card towards your next demo dinner (with wine pairings) it’s our way of saying thank you for loving food and wine as much as we do!
BIRTHDAYS: Please inform us in the reservation notes. We will place two mini chocolates truffles and a personalized note waiting at your seat. $6 or $25 chocolates options.
RESERVATIONS: Here on our website. Call us if it allows only two but you are three etc. - we may be able to adjust.
CANCELATIONS: Cancelations greatly affect a demo that seats only 10. If you don't cancel 48 Hours in advance you will be charged for $50 per guest. Please call directly 703-683-3247 - press, 0 ask to speak with a manager.
WHERE WE PARK THE ELEPHANT: To be sure your car is secure, there is a parking garage on South Pitt Street - across from restaurant Eve. $2 ~ it’s just a two block walk. There are metered spaces all around the building also available. Do not park in the Lyceum spaces or they will tow.
